Privacy policy
What Cloud Business Guide collects, stores and shares.
In short
This website consists of static pages. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, analytics cookies and third-party scripts load only after you accept analytics in the banner; from other countries, Google Analytics 4 runs from your first visit until you switch it off. It measures anonymous usage statistics (see Analytics below). Besides that, the site stores only your own choice in your browser. There is no login, account or profile.
Who is responsible
Unlimited Marketing, 1 Revaz Gabashvili, Tbilisi, Georgia, email: [email protected].
Server logs
As with any website, the servers that deliver it log technical access data: IP address, page requested, time, volume of data transferred and the identifier of the browser. We collect this information only because it is reasonably necessary for the stable and secure operation of the website, and we handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. The logs are deleted after no more than 14 days, are not combined with other data and are not passed on to advertisers.
Delivery via Cloudflare
The website is delivered over the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (content delivery network and protection against attacks). Cloudflare processes the same technical access data for this purpose. That is a cross-border disclosure, and we make it in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8; Cloudflare handles the data under standard contractual clauses and its published privacy policy. More: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Hosting
The pages are served from a server in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has its own data protection legislation, so the information is held under a comparable regime.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If you visit from the EU, the EEA or the UK, it starts only after you accept in the banner; until then the analytics script stays unloaded and nothing is stored for it. From other countries, it starts with your first page view, and you can switch it off at any time with the link below.
Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, roughly where a visit comes from (country or region, derived from the connection) and which device, browser and screen size is used. IP addresses are not stored. The measurement is not used for advertising.
The measurement sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier of this website. In the EU, the EEA and the UK the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the equivalent UK GDPR provision). Elsewhere no consent is required by law, and we measure on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used.
Google LLC may process the data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
You can withdraw your consent or switch the measurement off at any time with the link below, or by deleting this site's cookies and stored data in your browser. Measurement stops after that.

Cookies
In the EU, the EEA and the UK, this website stores only your cookie choice before you decide: a small first-party entry in your browser, kept for six months. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ plus an identifier of this website. Visitors from other countries get these cookies right away, until they switch analytics off. See Analytics below.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we store the message so that we can reply. Senders are not added to any mailing list, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Messages are deleted once the matter is dealt with and no record-keeping obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to stop using or disclosing it in certain circumstances. Because this website holds almost no personal information, such a request is usually answered quickly. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you consider that your personal information has been mishandled.
Children
This website is aimed at a professional audience, not at children under 16.

We update this statement when what the website does changes, and change the date at the top of the page accordingly.
